Prointer America Water Solutions by Generagua

Modernizing and Rehabilitating Water Infrastructure

Generagua is the water division of Prointer America. We integrate, design and supply advanced products and services to modernize and rehabilitate water, energy and transport infrastructure, from diagnosis to turnkey execution.

Our solutions work on drinking water, sanitary sewer and industrial drainage networks, on any pipe material (concrete, HDPE, PVC, cast iron or steel) and diameters of up to 120 inches, most of them without excavation.

What We Do

Integrated Solutions for Water Networks

From finding the problem to fixing it, with sensors, satellite data and artificial intelligence to prioritize the most critical areas of each network.

Leak Detection

High-sensitivity sensors, IoT and artificial intelligence (Nelow system) to locate leaks in drinking water networks.

Smart Metering & Billing

Remote two-way meter reading, pressure monitoring and modern billing systems for water utilities.

Pipe-in-Pipe Fiber Optics

Fiber optic cable deployed inside existing water pipes, with no civil works, street closures or right-of-way permits.

Trenchless Rehabilitation

Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and thermoplastic liners that put a new pipe inside the old one.

Leak Repair

Aquapea polymer and repair kits for drinking water, gas and hydrocarbon lines, including live leaks.

Video Inspection & Cleaning

CCTV inspection and cleaning of water and sewer lines to decide between spot repairs, rehabilitation or replacement.

Infrastructure Mapping

Ground-penetrating radar, scanners and GNSS positioning to locate and geo-reference underground assets.

Water Treatment

Compact, modular treatment plants on skids or in containers, and demineralized or ultrapure water for industry and power plants.

Smart Networks

Real-Time Monitoring with Fiber Optics

A single optical fiber deployed through the water network becomes a distributed sensor: it detects leaks, illegal connections, digging and intrusions in real time, and only needs power at one end. The same fiber can also serve as the utility’s own communications line.

Trenchless Rehabilitation

A New Pipe Inside the Existing One

Rehabilitating pipes without excavation reduces construction time, cost and disruption to the community compared with traditional replacement. Our liners include options certified for drinking water.

Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP)

Resin-impregnated liner installed in 150 to 300 m runs and cured with hot water, steam or UV LED, with a design service life of 50 years.

Thermoplastic Liner

Flexible hose for drinking water mains from 3" (DN 75) to 32" (DN 800), installable through bends of up to 45°.

Spot Leak Repair

Aquapea two-part polymer introduced through the existing meter to seal service-line leaks from ½" to 1".

Repair Kits

Standard, live-leak and utility kits with wrap tape, fast-setting epoxy putty and fiberglass bandages for permanent repairs.
